Who We Are

ScamSonnar is a crypto risk-analysis service. It helps you check wallets, tokens, smart contracts and websites for warning signs. This policy explains what information we collect when you use the service, why we collect it, and what rights you have over it.

Information We Collect

When you sign in with Google or with an email link, we receive and store:

• Your email address
• Your display name, if your sign-in provider shares one

When you use ScamSonnar, we store:

• The wallet and contract addresses and websites you scan, together with the result of each scan (risk score, network, and the reasons behind that result)
• If you use Check a Conversation, the text you paste, so you can see it again in your scan history
• The addresses you add to your watchlist
• How many scans and checks you've performed, so we can enforce fair usage limits

If you report a Check a Conversation result to us, our team receives a copy of that conversation with contact details (such as phone numbers, email addresses and links) removed, so we can improve detection.

If you subscribe to a paid plan, payments are handled by our payment processor. We never see your card details; we store only your plan, a customer reference and the date your plan changed.

To prevent abuse, we keep short-lived, scrambled (hashed) records of the IP addresses and email addresses used for sign-in requests and some public features. They are deleted automatically within 48 hours.

We count visits to our public pages anonymously, without cookies and without storing IP addresses. We don't collect government ID numbers.

Why We Collect It

We use this information to let you sign in, show you your own scan history and watchlist, provide the plan you've chosen, enforce usage limits fairly, and prevent abuse of the service (for example, by automated bots). We do not use your data for advertising, and we do not sell it to anyone.

Where Your Data Is Stored

We use a reputable cloud infrastructure provider to run ScamSonnar. Our main database is located in the European Union. Some processing, such as running scans and signing you in, may take place in the United States.

Who Receives Your Data

We share data only with service providers that help us run ScamSonnar: our cloud infrastructure provider, our payment processor, our bot-protection service, and blockchain data providers, which receive the addresses you scan but not your account details. We do not sell your data.

How Long We Keep It

We keep your account information, scan history and watchlist for as long as your account exists. Your scan history keeps your most recent scans: 5 on Free, 100 on Plus and 500 on Pro. Older entries are removed automatically as new ones are added.

When you delete your account, it is permanently removed 7 days after your request, together with your scan history and watchlist. Conversations you reported to us are kept to improve detection, but they are no longer linked to you.

Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, or to ask us to limit how we use it. You can delete your account yourself from your dashboard, and you can cancel the request within 7 days. For any other request about your data, please reach out through our Contact page.
